Sets and reps?
Definitely up to you. I would say you can use all the exercises and do 1 set of each for 20 reps or maybe pick just 1 or 2 that you like and do multiple sets of those. Everyone is at a different level so sometimes it’s hard to recommend exact numbers

What would recommend on recovery of the ankles?
Can you give me some tips? I can land on my kicking leg but its doesn't look that good or floaty.
explosiveness is about to be off the charts
Love that roundhouse drill, but I'm hesitant about my ability to explain that one to mixed class. Any other variations on this? Many people I train with need work on the external pivot (for roundhouse, sidekick, etc)

Hey can you give me tips on rehabbing my ankle. A month or so ago i sprained it and was waiting for it to heal before going back to kicking. now its the present and I can walk/run on the ankle but it still hurts whenever i do a kick on it, and afraid its going to get worse. Should I do some ankle exercises to fully heal the pain or go back to sparring and kicking?
I recommend tib (tibialis) raises aka toe raises. It’s kind of hard to add weight/resistance to this motion without specific equipment but you can still go far with no weights
